By setting up the subscription/logging in, you are automatically accepting these terms.

We at iunctio.org or any persons involved with the design, hosting or any other involvement are not responsible for your actions. We will not accept any liability AT ALL. If you get caught using this proxy at your school/college/university/work and are subject to disciplinary procedures, we are not in anyway liable. By agreeing to this, you relinquish us fully of any problems you experience.

Please be aware, that the proxy may not allow access to 100% of some sites working features, some features of certain sites do not allow remote proxy access. Please also note, that access is granted on a one subscription, one user basis, so PLEASE do not share your login details with anyone else. If you do, I’ll know about it and do something really nasty and horrible. We have an in-built security system and accounts can be suspended if there is suspicious activity.

There will be no minimum term, and you can cancel at any time. You MUST use the un-subscribe button in the "My Account"section, just because you stop using itdoes not cancel your subscription. Similarly, if your subscription fails, Paypal will try and retake the funds, if it fails 3 times thenyour account will be suspended. Suspended accounts are deleted after 30 days.

You do not have to be a Paypal user to subscribe or make payments to me as I have a premiere account with them, I accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as being able to accept direct debit transfers. Please remember, when you set up the subscription the only e-mail address I get is your Paypal one, so all new proxy details will be sent to the e-mail address your Paypal uses.
