Hows does the system work?

It's actually very simple. When you are on a system with restrictions, all of your outgoing traffic is screened to make sure it complies with the IT Security policy. iunctio acts as a second browser for you - a browser within a browser. While you access a restricted site, instead of the security filter seeing the restricted site and subsequently restricting you, they see you as accessing iunctio instead. 

Access to iunctio.org

When you use iunctio, you browse the internet through our web proxy. So when you want to access a restricted site, because you are accessing via iunctio.org, all the network security system sees is you access iunctio.org. Clever stuff eh?
